Probation Reports are produced as soon as grade processing has been completed after the end of each semester.

This report is sent electronically to College offices for identification of students within each college who have not maintained satisfactory academic progress during the semester that has just been completed.

• Colleges review the report and indicate which students are to be academically disqualified from attending the following semester (or semesters).
• The completed probation report is returned electronically to the Registration and Transcripts for processing student disqualifications.
