The Schedule of Classes provides information on course offerings and availability by semester.

A list of all courses that have been approved to be taught is available in the General Catalog. Please note, not all approved courses are offered each semester.>

Number of units of credit.

Variable unit courses are displayed showing the minimum and maximum number of units available. For example, a course with a minimum of one unit and maximum of three units would be shown like this, Units: 1-3.

Available: Pass/Fail
Identifies course that can be taken for Pass/Fail grading. More information on pass/fail registration is available.

Special Fee: $50
Identifies additional fee, above and beyond the initial tuition and fees, that a student must pay to take the class. More information on Special Course Fees is available.

Prerequisite(s): ART 101, ART 104 or consent of ceramic faculty.
Identifies courses or other experience which must be completed prior to enrolling in the course listed. Students must meet the course prerequisites or otherwise satisfy the instructor of their preparation to take the course. Prerequisites can only be waived at the discretion of the instructor or department offering the course.

Studio (STD). This identifies the typical structure of the course. The course structure may be any one of the following:

LEC = Lecture
LAB = Laboratory
CLQ = Colloquium
DIS = Discussion
IND = Independent Study

SMR = Seminar
STD = Studio
WRK = Workshop

Meeting Time(s). For example, this course meets from 8:00 am to 10:50 am.

M = Monday
T = Tuesday
W = Wednesday
R = Thursday
F = Friday
S = Saturday
U = Sunday
TBA = To Be Arranged (for information about class meeting time, please contact the offering department)

For example, a course showing TR in the meeting days field would actually have class on Tuesday and Thursday.

Total Seats: 20 Seats Available: 2
Total seats offered in course, and how many seats are still available for registration.

Contact department (ART) for registration
Identifies a course that has been block by the department. Student are unable to register for this course using WebReg. Students who wish to register must contact the offering department.
