
Past-due Debts or Outstanding Items: If you have past-due debt and/or outstanding returned checks at the University, you are ineligible to register and will not be permitted to register until all past-due or outstanding financial obligations are paid. The second business day after all past-due or outstanding items are paid, you will be permitted to register.
All past due debts will be sent to a collection agency and reported to credit bureaus. You will be responsible for all collection costs and legal fees.
Returned Checks: Any unpaid returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge and applicable late charges. Upon assignment to a collection agency, you will be responsible for collection charges and any attorney fees. Per ARS 12-671, you may be assessed twice the amount of the check or $50.00, whichever is greater.

- academic disqualification;
- failure to satisfy high school competencies;
- disciplinary actions;
- Campus Health Service vaccination requirements;
- Orientation releases for new students;
- Restrictions as set by colleges for mandatory academic advising (Students will receive multiple notifications of this registration hold. Warning: Priority Registration time could be lost. Take care of registration holds before priority registration begins.)
