Gender
Change
To correct
or change your gender on your University record, please do one of the following:
- Bring a copy of your medical documentation (with
some form of picture identification) to the Administration Building,
Room 210. The hours of operation are M-F 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM MST (excluding
holidays and closures).
- Mail a copy of your medical documentation along
with a short letter (including your signature and picture identification)
asking that your gender be corrected/changed to: Registration and Transcripts,
Administration Building, PO Box 210066, Tucson AZ 85721-0066.

Changes
to Historical Academic Records
But for the following exceptions The
University of Arizona does not alter historical academic records.
Changes will be processed only if there is evidence of a legal requirement
for the change.
