Come to the Administration Building, Room 210 during normal business hours:

8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Monday - Friday
(Excluding holidays and closures)

  • Change of Directory Information (address & telephone number) forms are located in the lobby.
  • Turn in completed Change of Directory Information forms to the customer service window.
