A final audit of your records is done to ensure that you have completed all requirements for your degree. If you have questions about course requirements, contact the appropriate University College advisor or department advisor for the subject area(s) in your major. Feel free to contact Jenny Bravo, Graduation Services Advisor, if you have any questions about your degree audit.
You should apply for graduation with a college advisor in the Integrated Learning Center (ILC), Room 103, about one year before you plan to graduate. Print out a copy of your SAPR (Student Academic Progress Report) from Student Link and take it with you when you meet with an advisor in ILC. During your advising appointment, your advisor will review the courses for your major and general education requirements, and will sign your Senior Degree Check Adjustment Form. In addition, you will fill out an Application for Degree Candidacy, which will be forwarded to Jenny Bravo, your Graduation Services Advisor. Jenny will put a $35 charge on your Bursar's account when she receives your application. After your appointment with your college advisor, your Senior Degree Check Adjustment Form will be sent to Jenny Bravo in the Administration Building, Room 313, for a final review of your outstanding degree requirements.
