Undergraduate Students
Changing your Graduation Date

If you have already applied for degree certification, but would like to change your graduation date, simply contact your  Graduation Services Advisor.  There is no charge if it has been one year or less since your originally scheduled graduation date.

Reactivation of Candidacy 

If it has been more than one year since your originally scheduled graduation date, you will need to reapply for degree candidacy.  There is a $35 fee for each reapplication.  If you are in Tucson, please contact your Graduation Services Advisor.  If you are out-of-town, you may print out the Application for Reactivation of Degree Candidacy form and mail it to Carol Carpenter at the address printed on the form.

The Application for Reactivation of Degree Candidacy form is available in Portable Document Format (PDF) so you can view and print it on many computer platforms (including DOS, Windows, Macintosh, OS/2, and Unix).  

  • To view and print Adobe Reader (.pdf) files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.  
  • You can get more information about PDF documents, or download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
