Nancy Huff in the College of Medicine will notify Carol W. Carpenter in Graduation Services during the final semester of your candidacy for graduation. The $35 degree candidacy fee is paid for by the College of Medicine.
After grades are posted, Carol will complete a final audit of your record to ensure that all requirements have been completed for the degree. Any questions that arise may be directed to Nancy Huff in the College of Medicine, AHS 2107. Nancy will contact you if there is any problem that would prevent the degree from being posted by Graduation Services.
Carol posts successful candidates’ degrees to their records, and a diploma is ordered if there are no pertinent Bursar’s Office hold flags. You will be notified by mail of any Bursar holds. By the last day of class, please check StudentLink to make sure your address is current.
