Diplomas are original documents that must be created. The University of Arizona does not have a copy of your diploma on file.

To order a replacement diploma, please do one of the following:

• Download the Application for Diploma Replacement (free Acrobat Reader required for download). See application for complete mailing instructions.

• Call (520) 621-6056, 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Monday - Wednesday, to have an Application for Diploma Replacement mailed or faxed to you.

• Come to Modern Languages, Room 347, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, to complete the application and have it forwarded to Carol Carpenter's desk.

There is a $35.00 charge for each diploma replacement.

Diplomas are only available for degrees that were awarded by the University of Arizona.
