Degree Certification Procedures for Undergraduate Students with a major in Architecture

You should apply for your degree check after registering for your final semester of course work.  Apply with your major advisor, who will review your course work and make any adjustments necessary on your Senior Degree Check Adjustment Form (pink sheet). This form is then signed by the Dean of the College and sent to Melanie Brady, Graduation Services Advisor for Architecture.

Melanie will place a $35 candidacy fee on your Bursar's Office account and will verify that all requirements for graduation will be met once you complete your final semester of course work.

After your final grades come in, Melanie will do a final audit of your records. If you fail to complete your degree requirements, you will be mailed notification.

Please note: graduate students without a Bachelor of Architecture will need to apply to the undergraduate Bachelor of Architecture program to complete undergraduate coursework before being considered for the master's program (see the graduate catalog).

Feel free to contact Melanie Brady, Graduation Services Advisor for Architecture, if you have any questions about your degree audit.
