DENIAL OF ACCESS OR LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT TO INSPECT RECORDS BY STUDENTS AND ELIGIBLE PARENTS

The Act limits access to the following education records and the University is not required to disclose them to students:

| B. | Procedure for Denial
University records keepers in the Colleges and other departments and offices are expected to consult with the University Registrar or the Dean of Students prior to denying access. A copy of this Denial of Access to Education Records form is located in Appendix II.3. |
