Reporting a Transfer Evaluation Problem

Newly enrolled undergraduate students: If you are a new student report transfer evaluation errors to Ruby Romero, Admissions Office, ruby@arizona.edu or 626-1774.

Continuing undergraduate students: If you are a continuing student, report transfer evaluation errors as early as possible to your Graduation Services advisor. In some instances, you may need to provide Graduation Services with an official copy of the transcript in question before the correction can be made.

If further documentation is required for an accurate course evaluation, the Graduation Services advisor will ask you to submit a Transfer Credit Appeal. The Transfer Credit Appeal Form is available in Portable Document Format (PDF) so you can view and print it on many computer platforms (including DOS, Windows, Macintosh, OS/2, and Unix).

  • To view and print Adobe Reader (.pdf) files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.
  • You can get more information about PDF documents, or download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.

Complete the Transfer Credit Appeal according to the instructions on the form and return the signed form to Graduation Services, Modern Languages 347. If you have questions about the appeal process, please contact Melanie Brady at mabrady@email.arizona.edu or 626-5511. You will receive written notification on the outcome of your appeal.
